Da Paolo Gastronomia: Tiramisu

Where can you get the best tiramisu in Singapore? Unlike the case with its Blackforest Cake and Valrhona Chocolate Cake, lots of people will readily say Da Paolo. I wholeheartedly agree.

Da Paolo's tiramisu is gorgeously, luxuriously creamy - even the Savoiardi biscuits are so thoroughly soaked with coffee and pleasant liquor so that they are entirely soft and seem to be one with the mascarpone cheese. On the top surface, and seemingly in between is a dusting of cocoa powder, and the top surface has the addition of light chocolate flakes. All the layers work well together and each spoonful is such a delightful heavenly treat.

If there is only one cake you can try at Da Paolo, you must start off with their tiramisu.
