Semi-homecooked dinner: Roast duck and pork, kai lan

Mom went to Johor Bahru for errands and bought back some roast duck and roast pork for dinner. Both were succulent, not bad, and better than many Singapore stalls.

She also blanched some kai lan. Simple veg, no oil, because the duck and pork are already oily enough.
